<p class="run-inhead"><img src="../images/ht_01.gif" alt="How To icon" height="2" width="2" /><br> Manually mark scenes for a DVD</p><p class="paragraph">When Adobe Premiere Elements creates DVD menus, it links a template's scene menu buttons to DVD Scene Markers in your movie.</p><p class="paragraph"><span class="bold">1.</span> When you have finished editing, move the current-time indicator <img src="../images/TimeBarRulerTimeThumb_N.gif" alt="current-time indicator " height="15" width="13" /> to the first scene that you want to appear in the scene menu. </p><p class="paragraph"><span class="bold">2.</span> In the Timeline window, click the DVD Marker button <img src="../images/05_DVDmarker.gif" alt="Set DVD Marker button " height="18" width="18" />.</p><p class="paragraph"><span class="bold">3.</span> In the DVD Marker dialog box, type a name for the marker. This name replaces the button name in the scenes menu.</p><p class="paragraph"><span class="bold">4.</span> For Marker Type, select Scene Marker. </p><p class="paragraph"><span class="bold">5.</span> To choose a different thumbnail for the button in the scene menu, position the pointer over the Thumbnail Offset timecode.
